Since the 1970s, the Allouez Optimist Club has been a dedicated force for good in the Village of Allouez and surrounding communities. We are a co-ed service organization made up of working professionals, business owners, and community members who are passionate about supporting youth and creating a more optimistic future.
We believe that making a difference doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, there are several ways you can support the Allouez Optimist Club and help us invest in the future of Allouez:
If you’re a working professional who wants to give back to the community and help build opportunities for young people, we’d love to have you join us. Our members include bankers, web designers, realtors, appraisers, nonprofit leaders, and more—all united by a shared goal of giving back.
Joining the club means making new connections, sharing ideas, and working side by side with others who care deeply about our community.
AllouezFest isn’t just our biggest event of the year—it’s one of the most fun, family-friendly days in Allouez. Mark your calendar, bring your friends, and help us turn a great time into a great cause.
Each year, we sell 400 exclusive raffle tickets, and the proceeds go directly to support the youth initiatives we back. Winners receive cash prizes, and local kids and programs benefit from every dollar raised. It’s a win-win!
Every June, we host AllouezFest—our signature event and biggest fundraiser of the year. What began 40 years ago as a small car show and food stand has evolved into a full-scale community picnic and celebration that brings together families, businesses, and car lovers from across Northeast Wisconsin.
This year’s AllouezFest will take place on Saturday, June 8th, and it promises to be bigger and better than ever.
Here’s what to expect:

🚗 Car Show featuring over 20 vehicle classes—from classic beauties to modern marvels
Whether you’re showing off your ride, hunting for handmade gifts, or enjoying an afternoon with family and friends, AllouezFest has something for everyone. Most importantly, 100% of proceeds go back to youth-focused causes right here in our community.
Throughout the year, the Allouez Optimist Club hosts and participates in several events that not only raise funds, but also bring joy, connection, and opportunity to kids in our community. From our signature AllouezFest and the high-energy PALS Event, to family-friendly outings like Kids Night Out and our annual Green Bay Rockers baseball game, each event reflects our commitment to supporting youth in Allouez. We’re also honored to take part in the Miracle League’s Opening and Closing Ceremonies, celebrating inclusion, teamwork, and the power of play. These events are more than just fun—they’re how we connect, serve, and make a difference together.

Our mission is simple but powerful: to raise funds and offer support for youth and youth-focused programs in our area. From providing mentorship and volunteer hours to organizing major fundraising events, everything we do is aimed at giving kids the tools, encouragement, and opportunities they need to succeed.
As an official member of Optimist International, we are part of a global network of clubs committed to “bringing out the best in youth, our communities, and ourselves.” That guiding purpose drives us every day, whether we’re planning a major event or making a quiet impact behind the scenes.
